Meet The Team

I'm the proud owner of our learning center, which I opened during the height of the COVID pandemic, driven by my passion for teaching and enriching young lives. Married to a firefighter and a mom of five, I understand the importance of providing a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive. My goal is to create a space where kids are not only cared for but also inspired to learn, grow, and discover their potential. 

Kady has been with us for 2.5 years and is in her third year teaching preschool as our Lead teacher. She's our right- hand lady, known for her contagious smile and passion for learning. Kady lives in the LC Valley with her husband, Nick, and their two cats, Beth and Hazel. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time outdoors. A graduate of Walla Walla Community College, Kady plans to continue her education in the Future! 

Brooklyn has been with Woodland for 2.5 years, starting in high school and now teaching Pre-K. Her patience and easy going nature create a nurturing environment for all our Woodland Kiddos. Originally from Missoula, she's lived in Lewiston for over half her life and is currently studying psychology at LCSC. In her free time, she enjoys FaceTiming her husband & who's stationed overseas), shopping with friends, and doing homework. 

Grace has been with Woodland for 1.5 years, currently teaching our Playschool class after spending last year teaching Pre-School. She is a wonderful asset to our team and adored by her kiddos. She has always loved working with kids--since she was little, she would tell her mom she wanted to be a teacher. After high school, she started her first job at a daycare, and now three years later, she is still doing what she loves! 

Demi has been with Woodland for the past year, helping in all classrooms and winning the hearts of the Woodland kiddos. Born and raised in Lewiston, she's the youngest of four siblings and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Communications at LCSC. Outside of work, Demi loves traveling and enjoying outdoor activities like camping, boating, and horseback riding. 

Shayla is in her first school year at Woodland, currently teaching our Playschool class. With many years of childcare experience, she has been an incredible blessing to our team. Her patience, kindness, and nurturing nature shine through as she creates fun, engaging projects and activities for her class. Shayla grew up in the LC Valley and has always loved working with kids--she has been doing childcare for 13 years! She enjoys camping, spending time with family, and painting and crafting. Being around kids and helping them learn has always been her passion!
